This month on air at Radio CCFm we had a chance to discuss issues of wisdom with Lynn Baker (and E-Bear) on the Morning Rendezvous show.

We understand that both skill and knowledge are required for any small business to operate. Skill is often what a business is built on and is what brings in the money but without knowledge there is very little value add to the product or service. I can order and buy a widget from Acme merchants from a skilled salesman but knowing which one and what will best suit my needsE-Bear with Lynn Baker from Morning Rendezvous requires knowledge of my problem and industry experience.

Having skill allows you to work in your business. Having knowledge allows you to work on your
business. Moving into the Wisdom age we need to see more and more small business owners offering expert advice to their customers to build and cement the all important customer relationship through value add. Not easy unless we have the right people in the right place doing the right stuff right.
