Health Assessment

Today a colleague of mine Robin Buck from Fitness Boot Camp is camping out at one of our client’s hotel conference centre doing various presentations for their health awareness day. Staff get to visit the different exhibitors and chat to the presenters about health issues and take part in free assessments and tests.

Robin is presenting a series of 4-minute workouts that can be done at gym, at home or even at the office that allows the body to get a full workout in just 4 minutes. That is less time it takes to make a cup of tea or get dressed. Just think that during the add breaks of your weekly TV show tonight you can either just roll over in bed, open another beer or get cracking on a 4 minute workout that your body will respond to in many positive ways.

For the critics out there who are saying that 4 minutes are not enough to work a body, I dare you to give it a try and chat to me afterwards, if you can stop to catch your breath.
