Prediction 2 for 2009 – more focused target marketing

Our marketing to existing and potential customers becomes more focused and personal. Huge amount of time and spend is done on developing and using CRM systems to cut back on spam and make use of relationship building tools for long term sustainable cliental. We can expect the use of all the information others have on us to be used to target us for specific products at specific times for specific events.
